Come Volunteer with Us!
We would be happy to welcome you to our school in the middle of the savanna. You'll be submerged in Maasai culture and overwhelmed by the community and love of the teachers and children. We need help in a variety of fields, but you know your skills best! So, please think about how you can support us best and let us know. We will then assist you with anything needed to help you with your tasks.
Most volunteers help us in the school, with maintenance and building tasks, and especially networking, fundraising, and social media. Housing is on-site, attached to the girl's dormitory and we offer three meals a day. We do charge a fee of $5 per day to pay for food and our cleaning staff.

We'd love to hear from you! If you need more information, we are happy to answer all your questions and give advice on general issues such as health, culture, weather, excursions, travel, visas, safety and special events.

Additionally, there are a number of touristic opportunities to explore while here volunteering at the school: ​Visiting the Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks, Visiting a Maasai villages and markets, Doing some smaller hikes in the Loliondo region, Mr. Baraka, Juliana and Lidya can assist you in planning all these activities

"We initially planned to spend 5 days in the school, but then we extended to two weeks, enough to simply love it. We felt part of the team and welcomed by the kids from the first moment We walked into the school. Mr Baraka, Mama and Lidya work hard to run the school that gives home to many kids of the Loliondo area and around. Thanks to them, we had chance to get to know people, their lives and stories. We went to Maasai villages and felt part of the local community. We were involved into the everyday life and school management and never felt out of place.
If you are looking for an enlightening volunteering experience, this project is THE ONE!
You will have everything you need and the kids will give you their love, their smiles and hugs which are priceless and unique!
